    What is Allergy and its reactions & diseases?

    Allergies are one of the leading reasons behind the chronic illness. Allergies are produced when our immune system reacts to certain substances or allergens beyond usual expectations. Allergies are generally not contagious. One may not be able to prevent allergies altogether, but a strategy to reduce contact with allergens and to increase immune system capabilities with the help of medicines can reduce complications. Allergies can result in uneasiness but can be life-threatening too. One can become allergic to specific substances irrespective of age. For some of the severe allergies, it's always better to keep it as part of your medical information card always with you for emergencies.

    • Plants and trees
    • Food items are one of the primary sources of serious allergies. Like allergies from milk proteins, eggs, nuts, etc.
    • Insects like bees, wasps, ants, etc.
    • Latex allergies caused by the protein in latex products
    • Medicines allergies: Ever wonder why doctors always ask you, “Are you allergic to any medicines?” This is one of the most significant issues for the doctor to know what type of treatment shall be prescribed.
